The BMC M13-S 'Imp Skeleton' Knife is our M13 in stripped-down form. A super lightweight, super clean daily utility fixed blade. No scales, no belt clip - just a pocket-ready sheath and with paracord included for a wrapped handle option. 

To keep this lightweight pro in the sheath, we have added a solid peg to the front rivet. Simply hook the paracord tail around the peg and the blade is secure.

"Looks a bit weird, but it fits in the hand perfectly." You need to try one to fall in love!

It works great as a hard-use warehouse tool for breaking down boxes and cutting tape. Perfect for using at home for those 101 everyday tasks from sharpening pencils, peeling fruit, opening mail to breaking down the latest Amazon box.

The D2 steel keeps an edge for a long time, so resharpening or honing on a strop isn't need as often. D2 is relatively stain resistant too - The ideal characteristics for a compact, slicey outdoor blade.

With it's curved and generous belly and extremely ergonomic design; this Imp also works great as a compact bushcraft knife when out in the wild traveling light.

The upward curved handle fills the hand well for a tool measuring only 135mm / 5.3in.

The fingerguard allow for a secure grip, with the rear of the harpoon providing a natural and highly controllable thumb ramp. Reverse grip was given due care and is equally secure.

The D2 steel blade comes in either Raw or Black Stonewashed finishes. The PVD variant offers even more corrosion resistance thanks to this remarkably hard wearing finish.

The Imp can be worn around the neck using the provided paracord. Adjust the length to suit. 

It also makes a superb boot knife or pocket knife. Made for us by Kunwu knives.

Care Instructions:

The Imp is made from D2 Tool Steel. To keep the steel free from signs of oxidation or corrosion; please ensure it is cleaned, oiled and put away dry. Using "wet wipes" or other chemical cleaning products may discolour the blade.

We suggest using the cleaning cloth provided to remove dirt, a squirt of 3-IN-ONE oil (manufactured by WD40) onto the blade and carefully wiped down after use will keep the steel in optimal condition.

We recommend using a whetstone to sharpen and a leather honing strop to hone the edge. Learning how to do this effectively is an incredibly useful skill for the future maintenance of all your bladed articles.

Always store the blade in it's provided kydex sheath, away from children and in a safe, cool, dry place.
